Introduction:
In this Muktinath Temple Tour package from Kathmandu, you will be drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara by 35 seated Tourist Bus, fly from Pokhara to Jomsom by 18 seated Twin Otter small plane then drive from Jomsom to Muktinath by 10 seated sharing Jeep. You will be able to reach at Muktinath Temple in just 2 days from Kathmandu and 1 day from Pokhara. This temple is also mistakenly spelled as Mukthinath.
Muktinath Temple is located in the Mustang District of Nepal at an altitude of 3710 meters above sea level in Annapurna Conservation Area, Ranipauwa. Muktinath Temple is covered in one of the famous trekking route (Annapurna Circuit Trek after crossing Thorong-La Pass Mountain) that starts from Beni and ends at Pokhara.
According to the Hindu Myth, when lord god Shiva was wandering with the corpse of Sati Devi, her forehead is believed to have fallen here. So, Muktinath Temple is also considered as one of the 51 Shakti peethams. Believing on getting salvation, lots of Hindus and Buddhist devotees take bath under chilled water that are continuously flowing from 106 bull headed waterspouts which is located in the backyard of the temple.

Short Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival and Pashupatinath Temple Aarati Darshan.
- You will be welcomed by our representative and transfer to hotel, 7 km.
- Welcome drinks and take rest.
- Evening visit Pashupatinath Temple for Aarati Darshan.
- Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara. En-route visit Manakamana Goddess Temple.
- Breakfast at the hotel then, drive to Pokhara by private car, 206 km - 6 hours.
- After 100 km drive (3 hrs), ride on the cable car and visit Manakamana Goddess Temple.
- Continue drive to Pokhara, another 100 km app. 3 hrs.
- Arrival at Pokhara and transfer to hotel, 4 km.
- Welcome drinks and take rest.
- Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Fly from Pokhara to Jomsom then, drive to Muktinath. Muktinath Temple Darshan and back to Jomsom.
- As per the flight schedule from 6 AM till 9 AM, pick up from the hotel and drop to the airport.
- Fly to Jomsom, 15 minutes.
- Arrival at Jomsom and transfer to the hotel, 5 mins walk.
- Hotel Check-In and take some rest for acclimatization.
- Then hike for 15 mins (plain road) up to the bus station.
- Drive to Ranipauwa by sharing Jeep/Bus, 22 km and takes 2 hours.
- Arrival then again hikes for 15 minutes plain and 15 minutes ascending way up to the Muktinath Temple.
- Perform pooja, worship Muktinath Vishnu God.
- Then back to Jomsom following the same route.
- Overnight at Jomsom.
Day 04: Fly back to Pokhara and Pokhara Sightseeing.
- As per the flight schedule fly back to Pokhara.
- Arrival and proceed for Pokhara Valley Sightseeing by a private car.
- Visit Bindabasini Temple, Seti Gandaki River, Devis Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave and Barahi Temple at Fewa Lake.
- Free time on your own.
- Overnight at Pokhara.
Day 05: Drive back to Kathmandu.
- Breakfast then, dive back to Kathmandu by a private car.
- Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
- Free time on your own.
- Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 06: Kathmandu Sightseeing.
- Morning visit Pashupatinath Temple.
- 9:30 AM: Proceed for Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing by private car.
- Visit Boudhanath Stupa, Jaal Narayan Temple (Sleeping Vishnu God), Swoyambunath Temple and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
- Free time on your own.
- Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 07: Departure
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Hotel Check-out time 12 noon.
- Airport Check-in time 2:30 hours before the flight time.
- Drop to airport for your onward destination.

Group Tour to Muktinath

Most memorable trip to Muktinath
I am a solo Piligrimage Traveller and for the first time travelled through travel agency along with my Father. Fortunately my entire trip was like a surprise package since I had no clue about the routes that I would come across while traveling to Muktinath Temple.
Nipender who was the Operations Lead at Lumle Travel Agency accompanied us throughout the duration and educated us about each and every detail of the locations and the history behind it. We had a very skilled and professional Driver too who made the journey ease and fun.
There was no issues with Accommodation and food during Muktinath Yatra. Also, we could stop the vehicle in between for site seeing and taking pictures without any restrictions.

Comfortable and well organized trip to Mukthinath
Traveled to Muktinath in November 2018 with parents and aunt. The trip (3D/2N) was organized by Lumle Holidays. Nipendra, the Operations Manager accompanied us personally to Mukthinath Mandir. We were received at Kathmandu airport and took different modes of transportation during our trip. The stay, travel and other arrangements were taken care perfectly and never even once there was a hiccup. Nipendra went above and beyond and helped us with everything.

Excellent arrangement by Lumle Holidays
Mukthinath is a vaishnavite holy place and one of the 108 Divya Desams. We went from Bangalore to Kathmandu via New Delhi. From Kathmandu, we were taken by road to Pokahara. From Pokahara we flew to Jomsom and from Jomsom we went by Jeep to Mukthinath. At Mukthinath we went by horse and Dholi was arranged for my 78 years old Mother In Law. Mr.Nipendra of Lumle Holidays was very kind, informative and made all arrangements in Nepal. We traveled back the same route. On the whole arrangements were excellent.
